TURCHIAN GUZIN NASURLA graduated from the Faculty of Arts at "Ovidius" University in 2004, under the mentorship of Lică Gherghilescu. She can currently be applauded on the stage of the Constanța State Theatre as Lucietta in "The Chioggia Scuffles" by Goldoni, directed by Dana Dumitrescu; as Domnica in "Some Fools" after Marin Sorescu, directed by Iulian Enache; in her autobiographical role in "Diary of Romania. Constanța", directed by Carmen Lidia Vidu; and as a bacchante in "Dionysus" after Euripides, directed by Daniele Salvo. Turchian Nasurla also performed in an independent production by Carmen Lidia Vidu, "Diary of Romania. Diary of a Muslim", created alongside the production staged at the Constanța State Theatre. Over time, she has also appeared in "The Taming of the Shrew" by Shakespeare, directed by Paul Bargetto; "Șatra", directed by Beatrice Rancea; "Scarred Hearts" after Max Blecher, directed by Radu Afrim; "Eight Women" by Robert Thomas, directed by Răsvana Cernat; "Terrorism" by the Presnyakov Brothers, directed by Felix Alexa; and "The Souls' Party" by Dimitré Dinev, directed by Sorin Militaru. Turchian Nasurla also acted in a short film directed by Florina Titz, "Orange/Milk". In addition to her artistic career, Turchian is a nurse at the “Sf. Apostol Andrei” County Emergency Clinical Hospital in Constanța.
