Mihai Sorin Vasilescu, a life dedicated to the stage, which he serves today with the same love as at the beginning. After graduating from IATC in 1980, he was assigned to Botoșani, from where he moved to the "Fantasio" Theatre in 1983, which he later managed for 11 years. During that time, he organized a festival that gained great public appeal and national prestige, the National Festival of Review Theatres. Since 2004, he has been an actor at the Constanța State Theatre. In addition to his roles in revue performances, his creative portfolio includes parts in plays by Shakespeare, Chekhov, Brecht, Dürrenmatt, Victor Ion Popa, and others. He was also cast in films such as "The Second Fall of Constantinople", "Weekend Millionaire", "Youth Without Youth", and "If the Seed Does Not Die". From the current repertoire of the Constanța State Theatre, he can be seen in "Billy the Cripple", where he plays a cross-dressed role, and in "Tartuffe or The Impostor". His roles in productions such as "The Murder of Gonzago", "Eutopia", and "The Rat King" are also worth mentioning.
