Actress CĂTĂLINA MIHAI graduated with a degree in Acting from the I.L.Caragiale University of Theatrical and Cinematographic Arts in Bucharest, where she also completed her Master's degree in the same department. She was nominated for two awards at the GOPO Awards Gala (the most important awards in Romanian cinematography) for the title role in the film ”HEIDI”. She won the award for Young Debutant. On the Constanta Theatre stage, she debuted as Dorine in "Tartuffe" and made a very inspiring cross-dressing performance in "Two Gentlemen from Verona". She can also be applauded in the improv show "The Comedy Match" and in "Z-Day", in "Collected Stories", in #acedesiguranță and "Rabbit Hole". Her most recent roles are Hera, assistant director in "Prometheus'22", directed by Gábor Tompa and her role as she in the "Veni qua" fragment of "Seaside Stories", directed by Radu Afrim. Cătălina Mihai won the Best Actress Award for the role of Izzy in "Rabbit Hole" at the "Buzău iubește teatrul" Festival in June 2022.
