Florin Aioane earned his bachelor's and master's degrees at UNATC I.L. Caragiale in Bucharest. Before coming to Constanța, he performed in "Romeo and Juliet", "Hamlet" and "The 12th Night" under the stage direction of Victor Ioan Frunză at the Metropolis Theater; he performed the title role in "Caligula" directed by Iulia Grigoriu at the Odeon Theater and the role of Euphemos in "Medea's boys" at the Apollo111 Theater, directed by Andrei Măjeri. For this role (Euphemos), Florin was nominated for Debut at the UNITER Awards Gala 2019. He also received Best Actor Prize for the role in "Absinth" directed by Ilinca Prisăcariu, at the UNATC Gala 2018. He performs on the stage of Constanța State Theater in "Let the Right One In" directed by Vlad Cristache, "The Two Gentlemen of Verona" directed by Alexandru Mâzgăreanu, #acedesiguranță, directed by Bobi Pricop, "The Full Monty", directed by Vlad Cristache, ”8 Fathers”, directed by Irisz Kovacs, ”Z-Day” directed by Bobi Pricop, ”Relatively Speaking” directed by Iulian Enache, "The Comedy Match”, directed by Dragoș Muscalu, ”Prometheus'22”, directed by Gábor Tompa and ”10 Things I Have Lost at Mamaia Festival” directed by Elena Morar and Gabriel Sandu.
