“KOMOREBI. The Light Filtering Through the Trees” is the initiatory journey of a man battling Fear. It is a story wrapped in love, humor, and courage about deconstructed traumas, love, and acceptance.

What does it mean today to be a “real man”? This performance offers a contemporary dissection of the journey toward self-discovery and the impact of uncovering one’s true face, hidden beneath constructed masks.

The post-performance discussion will be moderated by psychologist Silvia Ciubotaru (Guță), coordinator of the In a Relationship project, an educational initiative against abuse aimed at young people.

The performances are part of the Fake it till you make it tour, a cultural project co-financed by AFCN. The project does not necessarily represent the position of the National Cultural Fund Administration (AFCN), which is not responsible for the content of the project or how its results are used. These are entirely the responsibility of the funding recipient.

A graduate in Psychology from the University of Bucharest, Silvia Ciubotaru specializes in experiential psychotherapy. She has over 17 years of experience in youth education and cultural projects, including Ideo Ideis and In a Relationship.
